1. No Refund on Deposits
All deposits made to LocalBusinessMaps.com for services are non-refundable. This includes initial setup fees, retainer payments, and any deposits required for the commencement of services. By paying the deposit, the client agrees to the work and resources allocated by Local Business Maps for the project.

2. 30-Day Notice for Cancellation of Services
Clients may cancel ongoing services at any time by providing a 30-day written notice to Local Business Maps. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [your company email] or through your client portal.
Services will continue for 30 days following the notice, during which time the client is responsible for all service-related fees.
After the 30-day period, no further services will be rendered, and no additional payments will be required unless there are outstanding balances.

3. Monthly Subscription Fees

The client is responsible for all payments within the subscription term, including the notice period following cancellation.

4. Refunds for Prepaid Services
For any prepaid services that are unused, a refund may be requested, subject to the following conditions:
The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
A prorated refund will be calculated based on the amount of work completed at the time of the request.
Prepaid services do not include deposits or retainers, which are non-refundable.

5. No Refund for Completed Work
Once work has been completed and delivered, there will be no refunds issued for the services rendered. This includes but is not limited to:
Search engine optimization (SEO) reports and audits
Google My Business optimizations
Apple Maps or Bing Maps profile management
Digital advertising (PPC) campaigns
Our services require significant time and resources, and we cannot offer refunds once the work has been delivered and approved by the client.

6. Termination Due to Breach of Contract
Local Business Maps reserves the right to terminate services without notice in the event of a breach of contract, such as non-payment or violation of the agreed terms and conditions. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for any services or deposits paid.

7. Disputes and Resolutions
In the event of any disputes regarding the quality of services provided, Local Business Maps is committed to resolving issues through mutual discussion and collaboration. However, refunds will not be issued based on subjective preferences or dissatisfaction after services have been completed.

8. Chargebacks
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or dispute payments for services provided by Local Business Maps. If any disputes arise, they should be addressed directly with our customer service team at [your company email]. Chargebacks will be treated as a breach of contract, and legal action may be pursued to recover funds.

9. Amendments to Policy

Exchanges

If an error is made on our part for the processing or delivery of stated services, we will of course credit a portion of the credit. We only refund for services that have not been rendered. If you need to exchange it for the same digital service., we will negotiate a credit that will be satisfiable to both parties.
